This is to advise that effective on 16 November 2009, there has been some changes to the requirements for SINGLE ENTRY TOURIST VISA (211) application to the following:
1. Visa application completed in full with 2 (two) recent passport size photos.
2. Original passport valid for more than 6 (six) months beyond the intended length of stay.
3. Proof of Australian visa.
4. Letter of request from the applicant stating the purpose of visit, length and place of stay, accompanying group, and flight schedule.
5. Copy of round trip airline ticket/itinerary.

8. Latest 2 months bank statement.
9. Visa fee AUD$ 60.00 in form of money order or cheque payable to the Indonesian Consulate.
